2. Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trail (SPRINT)-Mind, 2010 to 2018, Principal Investigator at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center.

3. Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trail (SPRINT), 2010 to 2015, Principal Investigator at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center.

4. Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) of Financial Incentives to Translate ALLHAT into practice. Principal Investigator at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 2007 to 2012.

5. The Antihypertensive and Lipid-Lowering Treatment to Prevent Heart Attack Trail (ALLHAT). Started in 1996 and became Principal Investigator in 1999 to 2002.
